At Little Guinn, we care about your experience. If you’re unhappy with your purchase, we offer refunds for prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders under specific conditions. Please review the following terms.
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are only applicable in cases where the delivered product is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect. Refunds may also apply if you cancel your order before it is dispatched. If you’re returning a product, it must be unused, in its original packaging, and pass a quality check once received by us.
Refunds for Prepaid Orders
Suppose your order was prepaid and is eligible for a refund. In that case, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method (e.g., credit/debit card, UPI, net banking) within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item. In the case of full order cancellation before shipment, the full amount will be refunded, excluding the platform or convenience fee and shipping charge. If you return only part of your order, and the remaining value falls below the free shipping threshold, the standard shipping charge may be deducted from your refund.
Refunds for COD Orders
Refunds will be processed via bank transfer for orders placed using Cash on Delivery. If an item is returned after delivery, shipping and COD handling charges will be deducted from the refund unless the issue is due to our error (such as a wrong or damaged item). If your partial return or cancellation lowers the total order value below the free shipping limit, a flat shipping fee (typically Rs. 50) will be deducted from the refund.
Gift Wrap and Coupon Conditions
Gift wrap charges are non-refundable unless the entire order is cancelled before dispatch. If you used a coupon code and then cancel or return part of your order, the coupon may be revoked if the remaining order does not meet the coupon’s minimum requirements.
Additional Refund Conditions
Refunds will only be processed after we receive the returned items and they pass our quality check. Shipping, Platform or convenience fees, if applicable at the time of order, are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain categories are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene and safety reasons. These include opened personal care products, feeding accessories, diapers, and any customized or final-sale items. Exchanges may also not be permitted in these categories unless the item is proven defective.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please email us at [email protected] or use the refund request option in your account dashboard. Be sure to include your Order ID, Name, Address, Mobile Number, Email and a brief explanation, and clear photographs if the item is damaged or incorrect. Our support team will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
