At Little Guinn, we believe every tiny package carries a bundle of joy. To ensure your little one’s treasures reach you safely and swiftly, we’ve outlined our shipping and delivery terms below.
Shipping Availability
We currently ship to almost all pincodes across India through trusted delivery partners. We ship on all days except Sundays and national holidays. Orders containing personalised or made to order items may take additional processing time.
Shipping Charges
A fixed shipping charge of ₹50 is applicable on all orders below ₹1000 (excluding taxes, COD charges, and discounts). Orders above ₹1000 qualify for free shipping in select locations. In areas with special shipping conditions, additional charges may still apply. The applicable shipping cost is calculated at checkout, based on your pincode and cart contents. Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of returns or cancellations.
Delivery Timeframes
The estimated delivery duration depends on your location. For major cities and towns, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days from the date of shipping. Where for remote locations or special-zone areas, delivery may take 5 to 8 business days. Bulkier or high-volume items may require an additional 1 to 3 days for delivery, depending on logistics. Delivery dates shown during checkout are tentative. After your order is shipped, your account section will reflect the updated Estimated Delivery Date.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, You’ll receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp with your tracking number and courier name. You can also track it from the Track Order section on our website under “Account.”
Delivery Attempts & Address Changes
Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If undelivered, your order may be returned to us. You may request a change of delivery address only if your order hasn’t been shipped. If there’s a price or tax difference due to address changes, we may not be able to fulfill the update.
Delays, Exceptions & Cancellations
While we strive to deliver on time, certain situations may cause delays, like Natural events, lockdowns, or courier disruptions and in bulk orders or customised special product conditions. In rare cases, if delivery is delayed significantly or becomes untraceable, Little Guinn reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the full amount.
Charges & Pricing Transparency
All prices on our website are inclusive of GST. Any convenience fee or platform fee, if applicable, will be shown clearly at checkout. These may depend on product category, pincode, or order size. Convenience and shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is placed.
Secure Delivery with OTP
For added safety, we use One-Time Password (OTP) verification for deliveries and a unique OTP will be sent to your registered mobile when your package is out for delivery. Please only share this OTP with the delivery agent at the time of delivery — never over the phone. Little Guinn is not responsible for any misuse of OTPs shared in advance.
International Shipping
Currently, Little Guinn does not deliver internationally. We are working on expanding soon!
